• As with most industries, apparel companies continue to struggle with inventory shortages. In the cases when an item is out nationwide from multiple warehouses, we reserve the right to substitute a different brand and/or model that is of equal or greater value then the item you ordered.

• Everything is "Made to Order", therefore once decorated, it can’t be returned.

• All items, where applicable, will have sizing charts near the bottom of the products page or a link to the sizing charts.

• With all decorated items, wash them inside out in cold water and hang dry to increase their lifespan.

• In an effort to reduce price and production times, all screened printed items will only be available for a 2-week "order gathering" time frame twice a year.  These pre-determined times during the year will be communicated in the Team App.

• When screen printed items are being offered, it will take anywhere from 3-6 weeks from the CUT OFF date before your items are shipped.  That also includes any orders for embroidery whether or not your order has screen printing items included during the screen-printing "offered" time frames.  If you only need embroidered items, please order those items before or after the screened items are being offered. By doing this you will shorten the time it takes for you to receive your embroidered order. Lead-times are also determined by manufacturer inventories. Depending on how you would like to proceed with your order and more importantly how quickly you get back to us on how you would like us to proceed your order.
